Cpt. Endureth Culanag
Captain Endureth W. Culanag-Lee was born and raised in the Philippines and began her military career in 2010 when she enlisted in the California Army National Guard. In 2016, she earned her commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Adjutant General (AG) Corps through the University of California, San Diego’s (UCSD) Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program. In 2024, she transitioned to the Military Intelligence branch. She currently serves as the Commander of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, National Intelligence Support Group, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Throughout her 15-year military career, Captain Culanag-Lee has served in various leadership and staff positions at the company, battalion, brigade, and joint levels. Her previous assignments include Platoon Leader, Echo Company, 1-140th Aviation Battalion (Assault); Battalion S-1, 6-52nd Aviation Regiment; Strength Manager, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC); and J-1, Joint Medical Unit, JSOC.
Her awards and decorations include the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, Army Achievement Medal (3rd award), and Parachutist Badge.
Captain Culanag-Lee holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from UC, San Diego. She also completed the Executive Education Program in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School with a focus on Leadership, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence. Her military education includes the U.S. Army Adjutant General Officer Basic Course and Military Intelligence Advanced Course. She is expected to graduate in June 2025 with a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University with a concentration on China.
Captain Culanag-Lee is married to U.S. Army Captain Wooli Lee.
